A woman died in what sheriff's deputies believe was a road rage crash. It happened Friday morning near the intersection of the Eastex Freeway and Northpark Plaza in Montgomery County.

Investigators say the woman may have gotten into a confrontation with a driver in a pickup truck. She lost control of her car, veered off the road, and hit a tree.

The pickup driver left the scene.

The truck is described as a maroon Ford F-150 with Texas license plate number 64M KG2.
