Around February 2010, the victim met Campbell in person. He drove the victim to a secluded area near Cypress where he touched her inappropriately and sexually assaulted her. A few days later, Campbell drove the victim to his house located near the 3000 block of Omeara Road and sexually assaulted her again.
After an extensive investigation by Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff's Office Crimes Against Children Division, Campbell was charged with sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child.
Campbell is a 45 year old Black male. He is 5'09" tall and weighs 190 pounds.
