Student allegedly abducted, sexually assaulted at gunpoint

HOUSTON Police tell us they are working with the 15-year-old victim and some witnesses to put together a sketch of the three suspects in this case.

Police say the sexual assault happened Friday afternoon around 3:15pm at a bus stop on Yale directly across from Booker T. Washington High School. The female student told police she was abducted at gunpoint by three men in a black sedan with tinted windows and black rims. She says she was forced into the car and sexually assaulted.

Parents who pick up their kids every day after school say they are shocked and concerned.

"They took her innocence away. It's just ridiculous how these young guys are now. No feelings. All she's trying to do was go home. Her mother gave her permission to go home, and that was all she was trying to do so I hope they catch them," said parent Troy Williams.

Parents received a letter from HISD on Monday, and a phone alert was also issued reminding kids to walk in groups and to make as much noise as possible if they are approached and threatened by anyone.

Police say patrols have also been increased in the area.
