The auction house says the pink bunny with sunglasses that beat a drum in the commercials was one of the two in most of the television commercials for the batteries. The bunny is 25 inches from its feet to ears.
Energizer Bunny sells for about $18,000
DALLAS, TX
Dallas-based Heritage Auction Galleries says that the bunny, one
of the four original Energizer Bunnies, sold at auction Saturday in
Beverly Hills, Calif., for $17,925, including the buyer's premium.
The buyer wanted to remain anonymous.
