Today detectives filed a complainant against Julio G. Gonzalez-Nieto of Houston and the arrest warrant was signed by Judge P. McDonald. Suspect sought in Easter shooting
HOUSTON
Witnesses stated that there were multiple shooters involved in this offense. The deceased victim, Jorge A. Chavana, was driving with his wife when suspects pulled their vehicle in front of the victim's vehicle near this intersection and began shooting, according the sheriff's office. Mr. Chavana did not survive the attack and his wife was struck twice. She was later transported to Ben Taub Hospital where she has since been released.
