Four charged with capital murder in robbery

FORT WORTH, TX Killed in the March 23 holdup at the C&D Kwik Stop in southeast Fort Worth was 22-year-old Daniel Rojas-Torres.

The latest suspect arrested was 23-year-old Tywron Pierre Thomas. Police reports say he was arrested Tuesday at his girlfriend's apartment.

Also in custody are 35-year-old Randy Keith Seibel, 23-year-old Chance McKenzie Smith and 34-year-old Kwame Abai Rockwell. Bond for each is set at $750,000.

Security video showed Torres and a bread delivery truck driver were shot, Torres fatally, as robbers left with a bag of cash and checks they had demanded. A police affidavit says robbers worked at a used-car lot next door to the store and were frequent customers.
