San Antonio came in fifth on the list. Virginia Beach was fourth, Dallas came in third, Houston was second and the best city for borrowers was Kansas City.
Forbes names Houston 2nd best for borrowing
HOUSTON
Forbes has named Houston as the second best city in the nation for borrowers. Forbes looked for two things to come up with the list -- the ability to find low mortgage rates and low percentages of people with delinquent loans or foreclosed homes.
