Hunter is charged with capital murder in the shooting death of three-year-old /*Charissa Powell*/. She was killed during an attempted carjacking at a north Houston apartment complex more than a week ago. Her one-year-old brother was also wounded.
Hunter's cousin, Alton Barnes, 24, is also being held on capital murder charges, without bond.
