In a statement, the district said in part, "The district accepted her resignation today and will notify the State Board for Educator Certification, a division of the Texas Education Agency. "
She's not facing any charges.
Teacher accused of sex with student resigns
CYPRESS, TX
The woman taught at Cy Springs High School in Cypress. The district says she's believed to have had sex with a male student off campus. Cy-Fair ISD placed her on leave Friday.
