It's a thrill of a chill. About 350 people showed up for the second-annual Nearly Naked Run in Iowa City over the weekend. They stripped down to their undies and dashed for a mile. But at least the cold runners are warm-hearted. The Nearly Naked Runners donated their duds to a Salvation Army clothing drive.

University of Iowa sophomore Christin Meyer is the co-chair of this year's run. She says the colder the better, so participants can get an idea of what it's like to be homeless.

After their icy dash, runners warmed up with hot chocolate.
