The girl fought him off and ran away, collapsing on the next street over. Badillo said she was semi-conscious when deputies found her.
The girl told authorities her assailant was black and wore a gold dragon ring with squiggly lines on his left ring finger.
Investigators Tuesday were asking for the public to call with any information.
