Two-alarm fire damages two businesses

HOUSTON Firefighters say someone driving by reported the fire at the strip center on West Little York near Greenhouse Road. Firefighters say they were surprised to find so much furniture stored inside a pool hall and a second business, called BYOB.

Robert Rasa with the Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department said, "The front of the business was kind of deceiving because it showed it as a pool hall. Once we got inside we discovered that someone had actually been storing new furniture in both the pool hall and the BYOB building."

A total of four fire departments helped put out the fire. The cause is under investigation.
