Pasadena company admits delay after release

A Pasadena company is admitting it took too long to respond to a chemical leak. Last week's leak at the Air Products plant resulted in an orange vapor cloud over the facility. After several calls and messages from a frustrated 911 operator, the company called 911 back. It took another call -- 42 minutes into the emergency -- before Air Products admitted a shelter in place was needed. In fact, 911 operators had to call the company five times to finally get information.

After listening to the 911 tapes, an Air Products spokesperson admitted they did not act quickly enough.
