Police say Karina Manzano-Garcia was reported missing Saturday from her Seat Pleasant home. Officers identified Zelaya as a suspect and issued an Amber Alert. Shortly thereafter, Zelaya was stopped and arrested by a Tennessee state trooper Saturday night at a truck stop in Madison County, Tenn. Karina was unharmed and was being returned to her family.
Zelaya has been charged in a warrant with abducting a child under 12 and is awaiting extradition from Tennessee.
