Bus monitor accused of molesting special needs student

PASADENA, TX According to Pasadena ISD, the incident took place on the bus during the ride home while only the driver, suspect and the 13-year-old victim were on board. And it was reportedly captured on surveillance video. The bus driver is the one who reported the alleged crime.

The suspect, who's been employed by the district since 2008 and passed a background check, was fired and is now facing charges of indecency with a child.

"We encourage our employees to let us know and a supervisor know any time there is suspicious behavior on the part of anyone, whether its a passerby, another employee or a student," said Candace Ahlfinger of Pasadena ISD

District officials are investigating to determine if there are any other victims. The suspect does not have a criminal history.
