There will be no more jail time for a woman Houston police have nicknamed the 'Grandma Bandit.' Theresa Gaas, 56, was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication after pleading guilty to two robbery charges. Back in September of last year, Gaas told bank tellers at two Houston area banks she had a gun and demanded money.

Under the sentencing, if she doesn't violate probation, her record will be cleared. The decision comes with several conditions. Gaas has to take anger management classes, drug and alcohol screening and pay restitution.
