Flasher tells girls he's undercover cop
HOUSTON
The incident happened on the afternoon of December 20 near the intersection of Long Pine Drive and Ridge Crest Drive in Spring.
Authorities say a man approached two girls, ages seven and 10, claiming he was an undercover officer and asked if they were using drugs.
The girls say this man then patted them down. When one asked to see his badge, he exposed himself and then drove off.
