Boy, 5, attacked by four dogs in Montgomery Co.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX Eyewitnesses say the boy and his cousin were riding their bikes off Shannon Circle near Erin Saturday afternoon. They told investigators four Great Danes came after them. Family members say little Drake Talley was getting mauled by the animals.

His cousin yelled for help. The boy's uncles ran down to get the dogs away from the boy.

"He was launched on my nephew and flung him over and the other dog and was pouncing on him," said the victim's uncle, T.J. Talley. "I mean, it was bad."

The child was airlifted to the hospital where he's now in fair condition. The Talleys say the boy suffered several puncture wounds to his face and head. The animals tonight are in the custody of Animal Control.
