Authorities have identified a person of interest in the case. They say his first name is Leandra.
"The challenging part of this investigation is locating Leandra so we can find out what happened and also trying to find proper identification on even the victims," said Sgt. Brian Harris with the Houston Police Department.
The victim is in critical condition at the hospital.
