Drivers are being reminded to use a designated driver or call a cab if they're drinking over the holidays. There's already been a jump in the number of DWI arrests in Harris County. The Harris County District Attorney's Office says arrests were up 50 percent of the second weekend of the "no refusal" program. This past weekend, 189 people were charged. That's up from 123 arrests the weekend before.

The program will continue this weekend.
