MINNEAPOLIS, MN
Ventura is hosting a program that digs into conspiracy theories,
including alternate views of what was behind the attacks of Sept.
11, 2001, and the purpose of a sprawling research center in remote
Alaska. The program, called "Conspiracy Theory with Jesse
Ventura," premieres Wednesday night on cable's truTV.
Ventura declined to talk to The Associated Press about the show.
Marc Juris, truTV's executive vice president, says the show only
deals with conspiracy theories plausible enough to be true. He says
Ventura is passionate about getting answers.
Ventura served a single term as governor, then hosted a talk
show on MSNBC for two months in 2003.
