A judge has doubled the bond for a man accused of running over and killing a grandmother during a shopping trip in Meyerland over the weekend. George Theobald's bond has jumped from $50,000 to $100,000 for each charge -- murder and aggravated assault. Police say Theobald intentionally ran into Brenda Romano after she got out of her truck to discuss a fender bender with him in the Meyerland Plaza parking lot.

Police say Theobald was in a stolen SUV at the time.
