Tillman has been a history teacher and volleyball coach at Spring high since 1999. He is the second teacher at the school in less than a month to be accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
Spring high science teacher Deanna Higgins was arrested October 12. Investigators say she had two sexual encounters with a 16-year-old student at her home in March and April. Court documents show Higgins' ex-husband reported her to the school after he discovered questionable text messages on a phone Higgins had given their 8-year-old son.
