Voter turnout not expected to be high

Voter turnout in tomorrow's election is not expected to be high, even though the most important job in Houston is being decided. The next mayor of Houston will likely be one of these four candidates: Former City Attorney Gene Locke, City Controller Annise Parker, City Councilman Peter Brown and Harris County Education Trustee Roy Morales.

The four-way race is very close and could end in a run-off.
