Killer could have probation revoked

October 29, 2009 9:33:47 AM PDT
A hearing is being held to determine if probation will be revoked for a man who shot and killed a tow truck driver more than 11 years ago. A jury sentenced Barry Crawford to 10 years probation and a $10,000 fine for the murder of Steven Hardin. Court records show Crawford still owes the court and the Hardin family $22,000.

Last month, Crawford was arrested following a motion to revoke his probation. That means a judge could send Crawford to prison for up to 10 years, or he could get more probation.
