Dump truck, SUV collide on Eastex Freeway

HOUSTON The accident had southbound traffic near FM 1960 down to one lane for over an hour. The dump truck was pinned against a guard rail. The rail was actually stuck between the truck's wheels and cargo area.

The accident caused major backups along the Eastex Freeway all morning.
