FBI: Same suspect robbed four banks

HOUSTON The robberies all took place at banks along FM 1960, with the most recent one happening Wednesday morning at the Amegy Bank at 4911 FM 1960 West.

According to the FBI, the suspect entered the bank, announced that he was committing a robbery and lifted his shirt to expose a semi automatic handgun in his waistband. He reportedly demanded cash, and placed it into a black binder that he carried with him into the bank. He left the bank on foot.

Investigators say the other three bank he robbed on FM 1960 include Chase Bank at 6910 FM 1960, robbed on September 11, Chase Bank at 7611 FM 1960, robbed on September 24, and Chase Bank at 4165 FM 1960, robbed on October 14.

Witnesses to Wednesday's robbery describe the suspect as a black male in his mid 30s, around 6'00" to 6'01" tall, weighting between 230-250 pounds with an athletic build. He was wearing a blue T-shirt and beige baseball cap and carried a silver semi-automatic handgun.
