Cell phone helps woman escape kidnapper

HOUSTON Investigators say Jacqueline Oliver called 911 Saturday morning. She said Jonathan Williams kidnapped her.

Officers traced to the cell phone to Lillja and Hambrick in northeast Harris County A few hours later officers found Oliver at a home on Glennlast Lane, about three miles away.

When police arrived they found the woman had severe face and head injuries. The wounds were not life threatening, but she was taken to the hospital.

The alleged kidnapper was not at the house when police arrived. Jonathan Williams is still on the loose. He has been charged with kidnapping and assault.
