Ex-Gulf Shores CEO sentenced to prison

HOUSTON Linda Johnson was sentenced Thursday after being convicted of tampering with a government record. Johnson was accused of taking cash from parents in exchange for giving credit to students who never did any work.

Gulf Shores Charter School was shut down earlier this year.
