Low flying military planes in Houston

HOUSTON A joint Army and Air Force exercise will conduct testing of the C-27 joint cargo aircraft, known as the Spartan, over the Houston metropolitan area.

The test flights will run over the next four days, but the military would not say exactly when the flights will occur.
