Police were searching the area when a call led them to a car matching the grandmother's description. Inside they found Stuart Keith Walker dead and the girl unharmed in the back seat.
Snyder told the Wichita Falls Times Record News the baby was taken to the hospital, then released to family members. Snyder said the child's family knew Walker.
Police were searching for the other two suspects.
