Bayou City Art Festival gets underway

HOUSTON Masterpieces from more than 300 artists will be on display at city hall and around Hermann Square. There will also be live music and dancers will perform. The festival runs today and tomorrow from 10am until 6pm. Admission is $10 for adults and free for kids 12 and under.
