No political endorsements from ACORN

HOUSTON The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now has been under scrutiny nationwide after two ACORN workers in New York were caught on camera apparently advising a couple to lie about their professions to get a loan.

The local ACORN political action committee says with the national attention, it wants to stay out of politics right now.
