Teen killed in head-on collision

HOUSTON State troopers say Magdaleno Pinon tried to pass in a no-passing zone on FM 2978 near Hardin Store Road, and his SUV hit another head-on. He died at the scene. The three other teens in the SUV were rushed to hospitals.

Two people in the other vehicle were also hurt. The names of the other victims in the SUV have not been released.
