Sinking condos to be demolished

McALLEN, TX Construction halted on the 31-story Ocean Tower last summer after uneven settling appeared between the tower and an attached parking garage.

Ocean Tower LP said in a statement Monday that it hired Controlled Demolition Inc. to bring the failed project down, likely in mid-November.
