Three chase suspects manage to elude police

HOUSTON Two suspects were caught almost immediately after the two cars were ditched about 4am. Three other suspects are on the run. HISD police have already checked Thompson Elementary School. No suspects were in there.

The five suspects were believed to be breaking into cars in West University when they refused to pull over for officers there.
