Officer, two others injured in collision

Police are investigating who ran a red light and caused a crash between an officer and driver in north Houston.The accident happened last night along the feeder road Highway 59 and East Crosstimbers. Investigators say a police patrol car crashed into the side of an SUV at the intersection. Both drivers claim they had the green light.

Witnesses have conflicting accounts. The officer, the SUV's driver and a nine-year-old passenger all went to the hospital and they are all listed as stable.
