Girl, 3, attacked by pit bull

NEW CANEY, TX The girl's aunt was also bitten. The aunt was feeding several dogs yesterday when the child approached one of the animals. The dog bit the girl on the face and head before the aunt managed to pull it off her.

The girl was airlifted to Hermann Hospital. Animal Control took the pit bull terrier.
