Man indicted in Gallery Furniture fire

HOUSTON /*Robert Gillham*/, a former Gallery employee, was indicted on one count of arson. A probable cause warrant accuses Gillham of being angry at his former boss, Gallery Furniture owner /*Jim McIngvale*/.

The May 21 fire destroyed the furniture warehouse off I-45. Gillham also faces an unrelated burglary charge in Montgomery County.
