TX Supreme Court to hear Aggie Bonfire case

AUSTIN, TX Zachry Construction Corp. is attempting to make the university at least partly responsible in the remaining lawsuits arising from the collapse which killed 12 people and injured 27 others.

The court is scheduled to hear arguments at 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Texas A&M was a Zachry co-defendant. A $2.1 million dollar settlement was reached last October.

Ben Taylor, one of the attorneys representing the construction company, could not comment on the case to The Associated Press.
