Dumped barrels of oil leave big mess

BAYTOWN, TX Investigators on the scene say someone dumped an unknown number of barrels into the Smith Gully on Highway 146 at the East Freeway. The oil leaked out and started spreading to the Cedar Bayou.

Crews have been on the scene for hours cleaning up the mess.
