Guilty verdict for Aramark employee

HOUSTON Ray Wilson was convicted of intoxication manslaughter this morning. On Friday, Wilson testified he was drunk the night of the crash, but he also said he was trying to avoid a TxDOT pickup truck before hitting the worker.

Aramark workers say they served Wilson free drinks at Minute Maid Park before the crash, but that he did not seem intoxicated.

The sentencing phase of the trial gets underway shortly.
