Alleged shooter turns gun on himself

HOUSTON Police say two men got into an argument near the Katy Freeway and Silber. One then pulled a gun and shot and killed the other. Police say the shooter then felt guilty and turned the gun on himself. He was taken to the hospital, where he's still alive.

The investigation is ongoing.
