Conroe considers smoking ban

CONROE, TX City leaders heard from Conroe residents and business owners on both sides of the debate during a public hearing Wednesday afternoon. They're planning more discussion during a meeting August 26 and a vote could come during a council meeting the next day.

The city's mayor says 95 percent of Conroe residents favor some form of smoking ban.
