Police give drivers break-in report cards

HOUSTON Officers are holding a meeting with management and tenants of the Camden Vanderbilt apartments on Buffalo Speedway this morning. The officers will walk through the parking lot and issue report cards on each vehicle's security.

Thieves have been smashing windows and stealing items out of cars from several southwest Houston complexes this summer.
