Disabled woman rescued from hot truck

DALLAS, TX Latisha Morris, 21, was dehydrated and suffering from heat exhaustion when she was found Monday afternoon.

Police say 50-year-old Harvey Ray Moss beat her, locked her inside the truck and left her there with fresh wounds from what appeared to be his initials carved into her flesh.

The Dallas Morning News reported that Moss had been in a sexual relationship with Morris.

A relative, Wilma Henson, tipped police that Morris was probably in the truck.
