Driver slams into fire truck working accident

HOUSTON The crew was working the scene of another accident when the driver of a Chrysler car hit the back of the fire truck at freeway speeds. The fire crew managed to jump out of the way in time and none of them were hurt. The driver and passenger in the car both refused medical treatment.

Police say the driver admitted to having something to drink and talking on the cell phone in the vehicle. No word yet on any charges.
