Arrest made in grisly axe killing

HOUSTON Robert Burns, 40, has been charged with murder. Officers say burns struck Lewis Holiday, 41, several times in the head with an axe Sunday night in the victim's southeast Houston home. Holiday's girlfriend found him a short time later.

Burns is due in court tomorrow morning.
