Arrest made in theft at high end suit business

HOUSTON Ernest Keith Sterling, 45, was arrested Thursday and has been charged with felony theft in the July 29 robbery at Festari on Post Oak. Last week, surveillance video captured two breaking into the store and within a minute, grabbing dozens of expensive suits.

Police say the other suspect has not been caught.
