Failure to appear and violate promise to appear charges will be dismissed during the Amnesty Program, however, warrant and processing fees will still apply to all other charges.
These dismissals will only take place during the dates of August 3rd -- August 14th, 2009.
Fines may be paid at the window or mailed into the court; however, if payments are mailed the post mark has to be on or before August 14th, 2009. The court is located at 1004 9th Ave N, Texas City, TX, 77590 and is open Monday through Friday 8am-- 4:30pm.
If you have warrants, you are still subject to arrest at any time.
